TERMS OF PLAY
A clear horizon.
A few shared rules.
By using faroneliku.online, you agree to these practical terms. Last updated 19 October 2026.
The service
Faroneliku provides three free casual browser games and nine illustrated concepts. A concept is an idea in development, not a released game or a promise of a future release. Features may change, pause or be removed as the collection develops.
Points have no monetary value
All scores, coins, fish and pins are game counters. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or redeemed. There are no wagers, deposits, withdrawals or prizes. A high score does not create an entitlement to any reward.
Use the site fairly
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass validation, access private records or submit automated spam. Do not post unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or misleading content. Keep observations relevant to the game and avoid sharing another person's personal information.
Your contributions
You are responsible for the material you submit and must have the right to share it. Posting an observation permits the site to display your nickname and message on the relevant game page. Contributions may be removed for abuse, privacy concerns or housekeeping. Ratings reflect visitor choices and are not independent product assessments.
Creative material
The Faroneliku name, original illustrations, writing and site presentation form this collection's creative material. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence. You may link to public pages; do not present this collection's original content as your own.
Availability and responsibility
The games are offered for casual entertainment. We aim to keep controls and information accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or error-free operation. Take breaks and use the site in a way that suits you.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
